In 2022, ReMeDHe Board members drafted a list of best practices and action items professional societies and scholarly communities could take to be more inclusive and welcoming to historically underrepresented colleagues. We then hosted a workshop in which scholars (mostly from the fields related to late antiquity) edit and add to our initial draft.
